Fractures: A Minecraft Movie is a cancelled Minecraft short film. One of Rainimator's early projects, Fractures was planned to be released in 2018 but was overtaken by his real-life commitments to school. The soundtrack was set to be composed by Music Factory. Fractures is based on but non-canon to Rainimator's series of Minecraft music videos, which later took the film's name. A trailer was released on 4 December 2017.
Synopsis[]
The end times are coming for Minecraftia. The Ender Watchers prepare for the coming of the Entity 303 and his Red Legion. With Herobrine's reign of terror contested by the Nether Horde, the Overworld ushers into desolation. Mankind is put at the verge of extinction, and fights to retake their homeworld and legacy.
